A well-trodden path follows the north bank of the Kirkaig River. Sometimes close to the waters edge, but climbing above the gorge also to give excellent views of Suilven and occasional encounters with wildlife.
The path is mostly even-graded, but the final drop down to the best viewpoints for the waterfall requires some scrambling. Upstream from the waterfall the path continues to Fionn Loch and the southern approach to Suilven.

There is a free car park to the north of the river bridge at
Inverkirkaig. The footpath to the waterfalls begins by following the
tarmac driveway to the right of the one leading up to the bookshop and
tea room.

A hundred metres up the tarmac drive, and just before a gate, branch
right onto a clearly defined path which descends towards the river.
